This religious scrapbook consists of newspaper clippings that reference mainly Lutheran Churches and Lutheran Church organizations. With a concentration on the Lutheran denomination, a number of churches in Lancaster County are mentioned and are as follows: Trinity Lutheran, Christ Evangelical Lutheran, Zion Evangelical Lutheran, Emmanuel Lutheran, Grace Lutheran, Salem Evangelical Reformed, St. Peter's Evangelical and Reformed, Saint Andrew's United Church of Christ, First United Methodist, and Lancaster Moravian Church. The religious organizations referenced correspond with the Lutheran Church. These organizations include the St. Andrew's Sunday School, Federation of Men's Bible Classes, Lutheran League, Lutheran Brotherhood and Lutheran Church Convention.
